Bio – Robert Kikuchi
| I’m honored to run for re-election as Vice President of our UNAC/UHCP local chapter, United Therapists of Hawaii. Since 2021, I’ve worked to protect our rights, improve working conditions, and strengthen our union. As a physical therapist at Kaiser for 27 years and clinic coordinator, I understand the challenges we face in patient care and the workplace. I’ve served on two bargaining teams and as a union steward for the four years, holding management accountable and enforcing our contract. I represent UTH on the Affordability Task Force to protect PSP bonuses, sponsor the Oahu Outpatient Rehab UBT, and co-lead the Neighbor Island Outpatient UBT. Through leadership trainings and hands-on experience, I’ve built the skills to advocate for fair workloads, defend members’ rights, and fight for the respect we deserve. I’m committed to being a strong, reliable voice for all of us, and humbly ask for your support and your vote.
