Bio – Jennifer De Los Reyes

Jennifer De Los Reyes, a 26-year UNAC/UHCP member and KP Baldwin Park RN. She has served as KBPRNA Hospital President since 2017. Known for fairness and tireless advocacy, she is committed to strengthening union power and protecting contract rights. With experience in building and strengthening the KBPRNA team and its members. Authored the first Affiliate By-Laws in 2017 and has extensive expertise in constitutional language.

Key Accomplishments:
• Blue Book Bargaining: Currently on the 2025 Blue Nation Team; served on the 2018 team, obtaining the first staffing ratio language in a contract nationwide.
• Member Advocacy: Represented members in hundreds of individual and association cases, including effects bargaining, grievances, and contract enforcement. Organized the first Nursing Town Hall with Kaiser regional leaders (2023).
• Representation at Conventions: Delegate UNAC/UHCP conventions (2016–2024) and NUHHCE.
• Collaborative Leadership: Engaged with medical center and union leadership to advance healthcare worker and patient care priorities.
• Professional Recognition: UNAC/UHCP representative and panelist at the LERA Conference on labor-management partnerships (2024).
