| I have been working for Kaiser Permanente for over 11 years in the outpatient setting as a Physical Therapist. I have been an active member of UTSC since 2018 in various roles. As a contract specialist for our affiliate in 2023 and 2025 I have learned how to recruit and engage new members and would like to continue my union journey by becoming the next steward coordinator in order to continue to engage new members to strengthen our affiliate. I also have vast experience in representing members during corrective action meetings with management and I have vast experience in working with management in partnership. The new contract will require experienced union members to enforce and hold management accountable to the new contract language while working together in partnership. I thank you for your vote. |
