United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals has created this social media policy to explain to members and the public our social media policy.
UNAC/UHCP monitors our social media feeds. Posting comments or material that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, crude, offensive, or insulting may result in the person or entity posting being banned from UNAC/UHCP social media. In addition, posting misinformation, especially from a site that is known to traffic in conspiracy theories, is not permitted.
Finally, we welcome constructive dialogue but please keep in mind that what you post may be seen by your employer as well as the humans who manage UNAC/UHCP social media feeds.
