Incentive Plan Bonus Payout:
The Incentive Plan Bonus Payout is scheduled for payment on March 8th and is based on previous performance metrics determined in 2023.
DASH members will transition to the Alliance Performance Sharing Plan (PSP) in 2024 (payable in 2025 per plan eligibility).

- Regional Workload Committee for each discipline (Health Educators and Outpatient Dietitians, Inpatient Dietitians, Audiologists, Speech Language Pathologists)
- Committee on Dietitian Home Health Assignment

Union Dues:
Union dues will start being collected on the 1st pay period of 2024 (Jan 6th).
- Dues rate for full time and part time: $52.20 per pay period
- Per diem: $1.305 per hour, not to exceed 40 hrs per pay period
A $100 initiation fee will be charged for new hires after 1/6/2024.
