Bio – Godwin Kam

My name is Godwin Kam, and I am running for Secretary of UPSC. Since 2017, I have proudly served as a union steward, standing alongside pharmacists to advocate for fairness, respect, and stronger rights at Kaiser Permanente. Over the past eight years, I have worked with members and leadership to address workplace concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure that our profession’s voice is heard.

I believe that a strong union is built on transparency, communication, and unity. As Secretary, I will bring dedication and organization to the role, making sure members stay informed and engaged. I am committed to keeping our union accountable while building trust through open communication.

With my experience, proven advocacy, and passion for fairness, I am ready to continue serving and to ensure UPSC remains a powerful and effective voice for pharmacists and the patients who depend on us.
