SFRNA has reached agreement with SFMC over California Paid Sick Leave/AB1522 for per diem RN’s. The parties agreed to the following:
- PD RN’s will accrue sick leave at a rate of one (1) hour of sick leave (PTO) for every thirty (30) hours worked.
- PD RN’s will accrue sick leave (PTO) up to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours. Additional hours will not be accrued until he/she falls below the cap.
- Accrual shall commence as of July 1, 2015.
- PD RN’s should notice the adjustments on the first paycheck in July ( 07/07/16)
