After today's discussions management should be crystal clear that we do not agree with their philosophy that discipline should be punitive and last forever.
Management could not give examples of what did not work with our current Corrective Action and Discipline language and continued to argue their desire to discipline RNs.
We say, "If it ain't broke, why fix it?"
All RN's should come to negotiations tomorrow to hear managements response.
