• Recognition and Coverage of the Bargaining Group
• Mandatory Training During Scheduled Work Time
• Reduction in Workforce Protection
• Opportunity for Combined Lunch and Breaks
• Respect in the Workplace
• Safety Clause
• Tie Breaker Language
