Beverly Bargaining Update: Education Proposal

Beverly Hospital provides the lowest education benefits of any nearby hospital.
The RN Bargaining Team proposed yesterday that we get the following benefits:
– $2,000 for tuition reimbursement
– Paid time for mandatory trainings
– No cost certification programs
– Increase continuing education pay to 30 hours
RN education is one of the best ways to improve patient care.
