We have made progress, reaching Tentative Agreements on 10 Articles. Highlights include:
• Right to be represented in meetings about a return to work from injury or medical leave (Article 7)
• Physicians will be held accountable for courtesy (Article 2)
• Performance reviews must be given within 30 days of December 15 (Article 10)
• Stronger language on a safe and healthy workplace (Article 22)
