The Float Policy has been reviewed and revised.

Key Revisions:

     – We established that travelers float first
     – The Charge Nurse on extra/overtime shift should float if needed

Key FYIs:

     – Efforts should be made not to give the floating nurse the first admission
     – UNAC still floats by rotation and not seniority
     – If you switched days with someone, you stay on your rotation
